PaymentsWe require 100% down payment upon signing of contract. Any additional charges can be paid at time of pickup.
Cancelations and RefundsIn the event that you decide to cancel within 3 days after signing the contract, we will charge $75.00 Cancellation Fee, the rest of your payment will be refunded. There will be no refund to cancellations made AFTER the 3-day time period. The materials by then have already been purchased and the sewing process has already started.Custom-made ordersOn the first appointment, you need to give a picture/s of the gown/s that you wish to be made. We will be discussing the estimated cost of the gown and the estimated time of completion. You will also need to give your choice of fabric to later determine the price of the gown. (I will be providing fabric samples with prices.) Your body measurements will also be taken during this time.AlterationsIf proper shoes or undergarments are not worn for fitting, this may cause inaccurate draping of the dress. Therefore more fittings may be required.Rush OrdersOrders that need to be done within 4 weeks or less and only need minor alterations, or for gowns/dresses that do not have complicated designs are considered as “rush orders”. For major alterations and custom-made orders, we will require a MINIMUM of 8 weeks for it to be considered a “rush order”. (From the date of signing until 4-7 days before pickup)Custom-made gowns/dressesThere are dresses that are way too complicated to finish within a certain amount of time. Typical time of completion for a bridal gown/dress is 3-6 months, depending on the difficulty of the design. We do not want to compromise the quality of the dress because the work is rushed. Please contact us for more details.AlterationsIt depends on how major the alteration/s that need/s to be done. Bridal gowns are harder to alter. Contact us right away so we can determine if the alteration is possible for rush order.Fitting appointments and consultationThere is NO CHARGE for first appointments, and a maximum of 2 fittings for alteration and 5 fittings for custom-made. We will charge a fee of $35.00 after exceeding the allotted fittings (2 for alterations and 5 for custom-made). This is also charged to no-show fitting appointments. This will be paid on the final payment upon dress pick-up. Appointment cancellations must be done at least 12-24 hours before your appointment date by phone or email.
